Dale Perry (Patty). He is also survived by many extended family members, nieces, nephews, and friends.
A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, November 15th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home (2853 Sunset Point Rd, Clearwater, FL 33759). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 15th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Sunday, November 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park (2860 Sunset Point Rd, Clearwater, FL 33759).
