He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward A. Parker Sr. and Isabel Coney Coward Parker; and his stepmother Elizabeth Stirling Parker. He is survived by: his siblings, Edward A. Parker (Patricia), Richard D. Parker and Suzanne Karr (Stephen); and his nieces and nephews, Andrea DiRuggiero (Vito), Travis Parker (Charlene), Jeffrey Parker (Holly), Amy Parker, Timothy Parker, Taylor Karr (Morgan) and Christopher Karr (Emily).
