He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Phyllis. He is survived by: his wife Kim; his children, Ashley Hill (Joseph), Courtney and Lauren Fornshell; his grandson Silas Hill; his brother Bryan (Nicole); his nephews, Brice (Erica), Brady (Robyn) and Brock; and his niece Brooklyn Fornshell.
He was deeply committed to giving back to the community and served as an advisory board member for All Children's Hospital Foundation, the LIFT Program, and the Pinellas Park Sheriff's K-9 Foundation.
