He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Lewis and Margaret E. Lewis (Pettit). He is survived by: his wife Margaret Lewis (Askren); his brother Glenn David Lewis (Barbara) of Cincinnati; his children, Glenn R. Lewis (Beverly) of Columbus and Elizabeth Eargle (Charles Eargle) of Statesboro, Georgia; his grandchildren, Kelley Scott (Jonathan), Lauren Collins (Morgan), Layne Akins (Kory), Jessica Lewis and Dillon Jackson (Kate); and his great grandchildren, Kaydence Scott, Avery Jackson and Troy Mason.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Northwood Presbyterian Church, Clearwater or Suncoast Hospice Community Services, 2675 Tampa Road, Palm Harbor, Florida.
