She was predeceased by: her former husband Richard Bell; her son David Bell; and her husband Larry Rescoe. She is survived by: her stepdaughter Sharon Woodard (Greg); her nephews, Mark Hettinger (Tammie) and Andrew Hettinger (Nikki); her sisters-in-law, Valerie Bell and Winnie Carter; her grandsons, Seth Woodard and Tanner Woodard; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jackie Carter, Bethanne Bell, Connor Hettinger and Chris Bell.
