He was predeceased by: his parents, Pablo Rodriguez and Secundina Velasquez. He is survived by: his wife Carmen Rodriguez; his children, Cesar Rodriguez Jr., Carmen Rodriguez, Maira Rodriguez and Jephte Rodriguez; and his siblings, Sebastian, Rene, Pablo and Marta. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren; seven great-granddaughters; one great-grandson; two great-great-grandsons; as well as numerous cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
