He was predeceased by: his parents, David Thomas Heard and Merlene Culbreath Heard; and his son Tracy Earl Heard. He is survived by: his wife Annie Matthews Heard; his daughter Shanen Heard Williams; his grandchildren, Robert Thomas Williams, Justin Atlee Williams (Laney Ray) and Shanna Arizaga (David); his great grandchild Tate Boone Williams; and also Andy Heard. He is also survived by his many loved ones, family and friends.

Family will accept flowers or financial donations to offset the burden of our great loss.
