She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Velotti. She is survived by: her children, Maryanne Farinella (Vinny) of Tennessee, Thomas Velotti (Wendy) of New York and Fred Velotti (Janyce) of New York; her grandchildren, David, Samantha (Tyler), Jonathan, Michael and Christopher; and her great grandchildren, Anthony and Albert.
