He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. (Virginia Caroline Lillard) and Frank; and his nibling Robbie Lillard. He is survived by: his children, Laverne Conley (Chad), Lauren Lillard and Derick Lillard (Alysha); his grandchildren, Cordell Conley (Bayley), Cyle Conley (Kamden Miller), Sebastian and Sara Lillard; his sisters, Patricia Lillard-Tomblin and Lorraine "Von" Lillard-Howard; his nieces and nephews, James Cassels (Alicia), Paul Howard III, Tia Howard and Tony Whiting (Yolanda); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Blake, Morgan, Mason Cassels and Tiara Welch.
