He is survived by: his wife Brenda Bondarchuk (Dittmar); his son Daniel Bondarchuk of Colorado Springs; and his siblings, Carol Mennuti of Boynton Beach, FL, Donna Bondarchuk of Columbia, TN and John Bondarchuk of Boynton Beach, FL.. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
