He was predeceased by: his parents, Fannie Elizabeth Kluglein and James Earl Woodruff; his stepfather Max Kluglein; his siblings, Raymond and Arvena Lucille Johnson; his half-brother Mark; and his grandson Jesse Edward Woodruff.
He is survived by: his wife Val Cleta; his children, James Edward Woodruff (TiAnn) of Bordertown, NJ and Valoree Elaine Anderson Eastwood (Delores Eastwood) of Nichols, NY; his grandchildren, Stacey Anderson, Brittany Anderson-Aumick (Derek) of Cassanovia, NY, Tyler Anderson of Waverly, NY and Kristen Lea Woodruff DeMore (Jay); his brother George Edward Woodruff (Ann) of Titusville, FL; and his half-siblings, Donald Woodruff (Jerri) and Shirley Cheplick (Steve).
