She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Jeannette; her brother Robert; her cousins, James, Gary, Mary Jane and Betty Lou; her husband Larry Smiglewski; her children, Krista Smiglewski of Sant Anna and Larry Smiglewski; her son-in-law Alexandre of Sant Anna; her granddaughter Emilia; her friend Disney; and her caregiver Jean Sookchan.

She did not let her Alzheimer's diagnosis stop her - continuing her love of family, friends, and trips to Disney, as possible.
