He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Kaplan and Jeanette Kaplan; and his sister Gloria Maxine Kaplan. He is survived by: his wife Ana; his children, Stacey and Jeffrey; his grandsons, Michael, Brendan (Meghan), Nicholas and Tyler; his great grandchild Maggie Ana; and his sister Dorothy (Ben Albala).
