He was predeceased by: his parents, William Desmond and Rita Desmond; his brother W. James Desmond; and his in-laws, Earl, Rose Mason and Philip Mason (Patricia).
He is survived by: his wife Roseann (DeCampli); his daughter Angela Klim (Gregory); his grandchildren, Michael, Sophia and Aiden; his siblings, Fran Horowitz (Carl) and Thomas (Alcira); his siblings-in-law, Patricia Desmond, Carolyne Piel (William), Rosemarie McGlory (Kevin) and Randy DeCampli (Mary Jo); his siblings' children, Randy Jr. (Brooke), Mary Kay, Diana Ruffin (Khali), Tammy, Tim, LeaAnn, Denise, Dan, Christina, Neil, Donna, Michael, Alex, Christine, Amy, Annemarie and Andrea; and his friends, Francis, Joanna Coppol, Tom and Cheryl Penoza.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Doherty Funeral Home - Pike Creek (3200 Limestone Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. John the Beloved Church (907 Milltown Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808). A burial will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at the All Saints Cemetery (6001 Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington, DE 19808).
