He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hatcher and Beatrix Hatcher; his wife Alta McKeehan Hatcher; his daughter Lynn McGary; and his brother Charles Hatcher.
He is survived by: his sisters, Neree Woods and Jessie Sills; and his children, Ranaah Paul Hatcher (Wanda) of Clermont, John Mark Hatcher (Judy) of Toulouse, France, David Judson Hatcher (Pennie) of Manaus, Brazil and Kathy Amazonas Barros (Odali) of Iranduba. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
