My Name is Ben Radford Sr, I worked with Joe who I Called (uncle Joe) at KUA until he became a Supervisor at the Meter Shop and Kindly told me that I could no longer call him "Uncle Joe" because his position had changed, and I said OK "Uncle Joe". He gave me a hug and Just Laughed and so did I. I know you all will Miss Joe but be encouraged, you had him for a good while.”
