She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Smith and Virginia Smith (Smallwood) of Fairmont, WV; and her siblings, Harry L. Smith (Juanita), Lillian Brady (Junior), Mildred Merrifield, Burl Smith, Earl Smith and Jimmy Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Wm; her brothers, Louis G. Smith (Diane) and Richard Smith (Mary Jo); and her sisters-in-law, Barbara Smith and Shiela Summers Smith. She is also survived by 30 nieces and nephews.
