She is survived by: her husband Robert Grady Collins; her children, Timothy, Nicholas (Mistie) and Ashely; and her siblings, Nancy Treadwell, Theodore "Teddy" Treadwell, Richard O'Clair and David O'Clair. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
