She is survived by: her husband William Engle; her children, Roberto Rodriguez Escobar, Axel Rodriguez Escobar and Maria Escobar Rosado; and her sisters, Anastelia Escobar Rojas, Monserrate Escobar, Sonia Escobar and Antonia Escobar Colon.
Throughout her career, Migdalia was an esteemed member of the VA Administration, where she made significant contributions to the Veteran community.
