In loving memory of Noreen Theresa Philbin of Clermont, Florida, born in Bronx, New York, who departed this world on July 25, 2025 at the age of 80. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Felton and Johanna Felton; and her siblings, Jimmy Felton and Joan Felton. She is survived by: her husband Jack Philbin; her sons, John Philbin and Mike Philbin; her daughters-in-law, Julie Philbin and Lili Philbin; her grandchildren, Matthew Philbin, Meagan Campbell, Lauren Philbin, Liam Philbin and Micah Philbin; her great grandchildren, Leonardo, Luella Leonardo and Campbells; and her sister Maria Geffers of Pennsylvania.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Becker Funeral Home (806 W Minneola Ave, Clermont, FL 34711).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Noreen may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
