He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Bailar and Ruth Bailar (Stiles). He is survived by: his wife Penny Bricker; his children, Tami Bailar of Davenport, Florida and Toby Bailar (Mylene) of Davenport, Florida; his sisters, Bebe Smail (late Kenneth) of Rosewood and Susan Gendleman (Arthur) of Cincinnati, Ohio; his grandchild Lukas Bailar; and his stepgrandchildren, Robert Tuazon and Gian Dacanay.
