He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Cooper, Sr. and Margaret Podel. He is survived by: his wife Caroline Bolton Cooper; and his children, Scott Cooper (Beth Cooper), Deri Donnellan (Jack Donnellan) and Glenn Cooper (Cheryl Cooper). He is also survived by grandchildren and well as 11 loving great grandchildren.
