He is survived by: his brother Theodore "Ted" Cirko; his children, Michael Cirko, Valerie Wolford, Michelle Moyer and Derek Cirko; and his sister Donna Luther. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; and his cousins, nieces, and nephews.
