He was predeceased by: his former wife Clelia Ruth Hornbaker (Ayers); his parents, Paul Hornbaker and Iilene Hornbaker (Schwartzkopf); and his sister Nancy Carnes (Wade). He is survived by: his wife Emily Hornbaker; his children, Denise Price (Dale) and David Hornbaker (Cindy); and his grandchildren, Shannon Hoskovec (Braden), Lauren Price, Jensen Hornbaker, Nicholas Price and Wyatt Hornbaker. He is also survived by 3 step children and 6 step grandchildren.
