She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Coy Stufft and Henry Franklin Stufft; her husband Kenneth Robert Milks; and her brothers, Larry Stufft and Jimmy Stufft.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Franks, Robert Milks (Susan) and Stacey Stucky; her grandchildren, Ashley Spangler (Eddie), Bobbi Ann Tuggle (Sammy), Andrew Franks, Raven Franks and Cody Taylor; her great grandchildren, Malakai, Oden Oraelosi, Joshua, Joseph, Natalie Spangler, Kalani Franks and Ana Mukundi; and her siblings, Ron Stufft (Debbie), Hank Stufft and Judy Sutton (Ron).
