Ethel R. McElwain Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 3, 2025, at the age of 94, Ethel R. McElwain (Cocoa, Florida) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Arlis McElwain (Mac); her daughter Peggy Stevenson; and her sisters, Clara Burton, Dorothy Ford, Virginia Hempel and Betty Pruden.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Roberts King (Lyle) and Sherry McElwain Post (Garen); her grandchildren, Aimee League (Mark), Ashley Post, Shelley Paris (Tim), Joshua Post (Amy), Stephen King and Matthew Coleman; and her brothers, John Strehl (Gloria), Mike Strehl (Vicki) and David Strehl (Debbie). She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
