Though James Howard may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He is survived by: his wife Florence; and his children, Alton Simmons, Michael Simmons, Linda Simmons, Stacey Phoebus and Victoria Burlingame. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild, his four brothers, one sister and many nieces and nephews.
