He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwain Frazier and Jessie Hamblin; his siblings, Patricia (Wootsie) and Jimmy of Kingsport, Tennessee.; and his friends, Alan Moore, Jimmy Hensley, Don Whitlow, Neil Ladtkow and Lou Pollard.
He is survived by: his wife Claudia; his daughters, Jessica Morrison and Jennifer Steiner; his sons-in-law, Alan Morrison and Thomas Steiner; and his grandson Austin Steiner.
In light of his love for missionaries, and in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Calvary Baptist Church designated for Missions.
