It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley P Spencer of Cocoa, Florida, who passed away on May 30, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother Kenneth Tedder of Ashe County. She is survived by: her daughter Rita Spencer; her granddaughter Haley Fust of Merritt Island; and her brothers, Billy Tedder of Lansing and Bobby Tedder of Todd. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
