She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. James VanLiere; her parents, Maynard DeYoung and May DeYoung; and her son-in-law Don Tomaszewski. She is survived by: her sisters, Carol Dykstra and Marcia DeYoung; her daughters, Jan VanLiere (Dennis Fetters), Sandy Tomaszewski and Vicki Bettig (Jeff); her grandchildren, Jill Baker (Josh), Travis Tomaszewski (Jessi), Holly White (Zak), Alexi Bettig and Lynsey Bettig; and her great grandchildren, Jack, Jonas, Jett, Hudson, Weber, Ada, Jude and Archer. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bethel Baptist Church (1950 Michigan Ave, Cocoa, FL 32922).
