Thomas Van Collins Obituary

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ken Collins and Carlyn Poskitt Collins. He is survived by : his brothers, Dan and Tim Collins; his half-brother Mike Collins (Kim); his sister Cindy Laganiere (Ian); and his stepmother Kathy Collins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and an aunt and uncles.
