He is survived by: his wife Rene Mathis of Cottondale, FL; his children, William Mathis (Keila) of Cottondale, FL, Russell Mathis (Tiffany) of Alford, FL and Heather Bauldree (Chris) of Alford, FL; and his grandchildren, Patrick Mathis, Jayden Mathis, Bryant Mathis, Hayslee Mathis, Mayken Carter, David, Susie Bauldree, Asa Bauldree, Gage Mathis, Hunter Mathis and Jackson Brovious. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
