He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Campbell and Lena Justice Campbell; his former wife Judy Campbell; his brother Ronald Campbell; and his brothers-in-law, Johnnie Mitchell and Phil Register.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Toole; his daughter Liza Campbell Tice (Brian); his stepchildren, Mickey Toole (Tracie) and Kimberly Toole; his granddaughters, Lena Tice and Faith Rudd (Jordan); his great grandchild Marshall Rudd; his sisters, Merita Ann Mitchell and Freeta Martin; and his brothers-in-law, Steve Corbin (Perla) and Dennis Wilson (Yulondia). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (1068 Main St, Chipley, FL 32428). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
