With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Liz Stuart of Cottondale, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 2, 2025 at the age of 67. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alto Williams and Vitana Williams. She is survived by: her husband David Stuart; her daughter Davana Cline (J. J.); her grandchildren, Rebekah, Annalyn, Benjamin, Olivia and Laura; her daughter Sarah Caraway; and her grandchildren, Abby and Della.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the VFW (17680 Ashley Dr, Panama City Beach, FL 32413).
