She is survived by: her children, Ricky Sapp (Jo) of Panama City, FL, Vicki Syfrett (Karl) of Chipley, FL and Anita Lee (Keith) of Vernon, FL; her grandchildren, Jaime Chapman (John), Samantha Sapp, Nicole Hutchison (Chris), Austin Syfrett (Janae), Drake Syfrett, Daniel Lee (Jessica) and Dylan Lee (Jamie); her great grandchildren, Sophia Chapman, Wyatt Syfrett, Darci Lee, Case Lee, Colt Lee and Will Hutchison; her siblings, W. H. Ellis (Jo Ann) and Hilda Miller (Jesse); and her caregiver Andrea Thompson.
