He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Hubert and Clayton Jansenius. He is survived by: his father Desmond Pascal; his uncle Raymond Jansenius (Brenda); his aunts, Annette Jansenius and Betty Hensley (Laurence); his siblings, Julia Little (Rick), Desmond Pascal, Jr., Hubie Pascal, Sheila Rohr (Travis), Susan Pascal, Raymond Pascal and Tanya Pascal; and his aunts and uncles, Arthur Jansenius, Hubert Jansenius (Annette), Julia Montin and Mary Spann. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, cousins & friends.

In Lieu of flowers, donations to St. Andrew Christian Care Center, 3101A West Hwy 98, Panama City, FL 32401 (In memory of Phillip Pascal) would be greatly appreciated.
