She was predeceased by : her father James Benjamin Capps; her husband Thomas Franklin Black; and her mother Olean Capps. She is survived by : her children, Chip Baxter (Sheri) of Marianna and Jennifer Baxter of Alford; her siblings, David Capps, Cliff Capps (LeeAnn) and Darlene Capps Hicks; her grandchildren, Cody Ryan Baxter (Carylee), Morgan Leigh Baxter and Mia Naomi Baxter; and her great grandchildren, Landon Reece Baxter and Charlotte Sienna Baxter. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
