He is survived by: his wife April Lewis; his mother Sandra Graham (Howard); his children, Mason Lewis (Kali) and Marissa Cantor (Adam); his brothers, Stephen Lewis (Christy) and Michael Ferrell (Vicky); and his grandchildren, Autumn and Maverick. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
