He is survived by: his wife Shirley Owens of Tallahassee; his sons, Kenneth Owens, Jr. of Whitewater, CO, Timothy Owens of Lake Talquin and Lloyd Owens; his stepchildren, Charlene Martin, Chuck Barbee and Pam Kilgore of Tallahassee; and his former wife Edna Owens of Tallahassee.
