She was predeceased by: her parents, Col. William R. Meyer and Mildred Hess Meyer. She is survived by: her husband Fred Goodwin of Crescent City; her children, Walter Goodwin of Crescent City, Milli Rice (Greg) of Deland and Julia Sowell (Brian) of Marietta, GA; her grandchildren, John F. Goodwin (Brandy), Lindsay Blackford, Kaylee Rice and Taylor Lee Sowell; and her great grandchildren, Liam Goodwin, Archer Goodwin and Maverick Goodwin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Johnson-Overturf Chapel (402 Cypress Ave, Crescent City, FL 32112). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Eden Cemetery (999 Oakwood St, Crescent City, FL 32112).
