He was predeceased by : his parents, Louis Tata and Marian Di Tata (DeAngelis); and his siblings, Bruna Femia, Tito Di Tata and Julio Di Tata.
He is survived by : his wife Carol Ann Marzullo; his children, Joseph Di Tata of Florida, Elaine Russo (Charles) of Scotia, Margaret Di Tata-Rakas of Binghamton and Angelo Di Tata (Gina) of Florida; his grandchildren, Kevin Rakas (Shannon), Nathan Russo, Patrick Russo (Angela), Matthew Rakas (Brittany), Joel Di Tata (Rebecca), Mary Rakas and Joshua Di Tata; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Di Tata, Helen (Marzullo), David Valentine and Loretta Rider (Marzullo). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
