He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia Brace; his parents, Avery Brace and Mildred Toomey Brace; his sister Sandra Sigmon Brace; his niece Dawn Brace; and his siblings-in-law, Bobbi Brace and Ronald Faircloth.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Brace (Gary) and Chris Brace (Shelly); his grandchildren, Kahler Brace, Maximus Brace (Madison), Addison Brace and Dale Riley III; his great grandchild Conway Brace; his brother Bill Brace; and his sibling's children, Michael Sigmon Jeff Sigmon (Heather), Chip Sigmon, Ron Faircloth (Alan), Todd Faricloth (Amy), Julie Brace (Billy), Melissa Sigmon and Tara Atkinson (Brian).
