Bayne of Crestview, Florida, born in Clifton Forge, Virginia, who passed away on August 13, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Roosevelt W Bayne and Icy Young Bayne; and his siblings, Annie Loan, Evelyn Persinger, Sylvia Burdett and Louis Sonny Bayne.

He is survived by : his children, Winona Bayne of Virginia, Waidene Bayne of Crestview, Stephanie Dunlap of West Virginia and Shannon Bayne of West Virginia; his grandchildren, Kevin Lewis Dunlap and Jilyian Riffe; and his brother Roger Bayne.
