He is survived by: his children, J. R. Crawford and Debra Miller (Mike); his brother J. D. Crawford (Faye); his children, Gregory Miller and Kimberly Miller; his great grandchildren, Page Miller, Ryan Raabe, Justin Barnhill and Myka Miller; and his great great grandchild Justin Barnhill.
