He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Sr. Baugh and Wilma Baugh (Waters); and his brother Batavis Baugh. He is survived by: his wife Roslyn R. Baugh (Glenn); his children, Charles E. Baugh III (Lakeitha Baugh), Nicholas Alfred Baugh (Cathy Baugh) and Candice Dominique Baugh-Reid (Antonio Reid); his siblings, Ronald Baugh, Wendell Baugh, Valerie Baugh, Suzette Veasley-Jackson, Paula Mitchell and Jacqueline Baugh; and his grandchildren, London Baugh, Charles E. Baugh IV, Bella Baugh and Ariah Reid. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
