He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne White and Carlton White; and his sons, Michael and Colton. He is survived by: his wife Teresa White; his children, Matthew (Leah), JT (Bre), Felicia (Shane) and Stacy (Jarrod); and his sister Karen (Randy). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; one niece; one nephew; and a very large extended family and many dear friends.
