She was predeceased by : her father Rev. William Brunson Atkinson; and her stepmother Grace N. Atkinson. She is survived by : her siblings, Alesha Rainey (Billy Maye), Grace Manon Harris and Donnie Ross; her siblings-in-law, Jack Rainey and Elizabeth Atkinson; her sons, Jonathan Fountain (Beulah), David Fountain (Cindy) and Aubrey Fountain (Denise); and her grandchildren, Michelle Thompson, Stephanie Richardson (Clay), Chase Fountain (Kristen), Shae Mitchell (Justin), Valerie Watson and Frank Watson (Stefanie). She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
