He was predeceased by : his parents, George Converce Ankelein, Sr. and Lillian Marie Collins Ankelein. He is survived by : his siblings, Susan Perry (George) of Weston, Deborah Ankelein of Hardwick Township, Sandra Kieffer (Dave) of Shoemakersville, Pennsylvania, Eric Ankelein (Francis) of Fountain Inn, Scott Ankelein (Anna-Lina) of Crestview and Peter Ankelein (Arlene) of Queens; his nieces, Rebecca Hodges (Matt), Meghan Gavagni (Brett), Kimberly Wagner (Sam), Chloe Brookshire, Allyssa Ankelein and Emma Ankelein; his nephew Miles Ankelein; and his great-nephew Elliott Gavagni.
