He was predeceased by : his parents, Hayward T. Hayes Sr. and Avis Juanita Spivey Hayes. He is survived by : his siblings, Jerry Hayes (Joyce) of Cairo and Patti Godwin (Carl) of Baker, FL; and his aunt Martha Ann Hayes. He is also survived by his nephew and nieces, and many great nieces and nephews.
