She was predeceased by : her parents, Lillian Browder and Ois Browder; her parents-in-law, Bill Polk and Othene Polk; her siblings, Lillian Rogers, Cody and Paul Browder; and her granddaughter Robin Nicole Middlebrooks.
She is survived by : her husband John W. Polk Jr.; her children, Jeff Polk (Mandy), Sherry Strickland, Tammy Polk and Cindy Bell (Kevin); her sister Nita Miller; her grandchildren, Shannon Reed (Mathew), Jonathan Brooks, Tristin Barry (Jim), Cameron Thomas (Patti), Ashley Hale (Andrew), Austin Polk (Shelby), Zack and Carson Polk; her great grandchildren, Haleigh, Maddie, Wyatt, Amrielle, Kelsie, Khloe, Seth, Kobi, Tommy, Mattie of Ella, CJ and Ellie Grace; and her sister-in-law Dale Shirey (Jim).
